Watts Sustainability Named SME of the Year at the British Training Awards 2026
We are absolutely thrilled to share that Watts Sustainability has won SME of the Year at the British Training Awards 2026, recognising our work building clients’ sustainability capability alongside their strategic delivery.
The British Training Awards, run by employee insight platform New Possible, celebrate the teams and individuals shaping the future of learning and development across the UK. This year’s competition drew a record 423 entries, from start-ups through to global businesses, judged by a panel of senior L&D leaders from organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Coca-Cola, Barnardo’s and Bentley Motors.
From early on, we built Watts Sustainability around the idea that strategy and skills go together: developing workable plans for clients’ sustainability challenges, then upskilling their leaders, managers and delivery teams to make those plans happen. Whether through e-learning or live sessions, our training is developed and delivered by people with genuine subject expertise, who have done the work themselves. SME of the Year recognises that approach in practice.
We’re immensely proud to see this work recognised alongside some of the UK’s most established L&D providers, and it reflects exactly why we bring strategy and skills development together under one roof.
